Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim to deliver a smooth and transparent experience for users browsing properties, unlocking owner/agent contact details, and interacting with real estate information.

1. Refund & Cancellation Policy

FindFast charges a nominal, one-time fee to unlock property owner/agent contact details.

Because this is a digital service that provides immediate access, refunds are very limited.

A refund may be issued ONLY if:

You were charged due to a technical error

The contact details unlocked were incorrect, invalid, or not available

A payment was accidentally duplicated

A transaction was processed by mistake without accessing the contact details

Not Eligible for Refunds:

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

You successfully unlocked and viewed the contact details

You changed your mind after viewing the details

You contacted the wrong owner/agent by mistake

You expected a different type of property or service

You misused the platform or violated Terms & Conditions

You attempt to exploit the refund system

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at contact@findfast.space

Subject Line: Refund Request – [Your Registered Email]

Include:

Your registered email

Date & time of payment

Property ID for which contact details were unlocked

Short explanation of the issue

Our team will review the request and respond within 2 business days.

3. Refund Processing Time

If approved:

Refund will be initiated within 2 business days

Amount will be returned to your original payment method

Depending on the bank/payment provider, it may take 3–10 business days to reflect in your account

Once processed, refunds typically credit within 7 days

4. Cancellation Policy

Because FindFast provides instant, one-time access to owner/agent contact details:

There is no subscription, so cancellation is not applicable

Payments for unlocking contact details cannot be reversed once access is granted

You may continue browsing other properties at no additional cost.

5. Error in Payment or Wrong Property

If you accidentally unlocked the wrong property, contact our team immediately.

We will review the case and may approve a refund only if the details were not yet viewed.
