Understanding our return policy for digital real estate services.

FindFast provides access to digital real estate services, including:
•Viewing property details
•Unlocking owner/agent contact information
•Submitting inquiries
•Accessing digital property data and related information
Since all these services are intangible and access is provided instantly, traditional product returns do not apply.
Although digital services cannot be "returned," you may be eligible for a refund in specific situations, as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, such as:
•Accidental or duplicate payments
•Technical issues preventing access to the contact details (and not resolved by support)
•Invalid or incorrect owner/agent contact details provided
•Payment charged due to a platform error
Refunds are not provided if:
•You have already accessed/viewed the owner/agent contact information
•You changed your mind after unlocking the details
•You are dissatisfied with the property after viewing it
•You misused or attempted to exploit the system
•The request is made outside the eligibility window
Returns are not possible in the following cases:
•Contact details were successfully unlocked and displayed
•You made the purchase intentionally but later changed your mind
•You selected the wrong property and viewed the details
•The reason relates to preference, dissatisfaction, or expectations
•The request is not aligned with our refund criteria
FindFast operates on a pay-per-access model.
There are:
•No subscriptions
•No recurring payments
•No billing cycles
Once you unlock owner/agent contact information:
•The transaction is final
•Access is instantaneous and permanent
•It cannot be "returned" or reversed
